And shortly thereafter, the wall-crawler and the big crime boss start fighting again... Jonah Jameson interrupts their fight!

Spider-Man had the Kingpin on the ropes, but now he's getting away! And the web-slinger is very angry! Cameo appearances by Gwen Stacy, Captain Stacy, Joe Robertson, Randy Robertson, and Ned Leeds. This issue was reprinted in Marvel Tales #53.
