Fantastic Four #52 1966 CGC 5.5 Signed Stan Lee 1st Appearance Black Panther 1st Printing Original. Comic is in really nice shape at 5.5 CGC grade.

Has wear you would expect from a comic of its age. There is a stamp date mark on the cover and some rainbow effect of the plastic cgc case which shows up depending on the lighting. Comic is fine, its just the plastic case has that light prism effect you sometimes get with cgc graded comics.
