Excalibur #86 CGC 9.6 Signed By STAN LEE qualified crack in case 1st Pete Wisdom

This is Excalibur #86, graded at 9.6 Qualified NM+, with white pages by CGC. The reason for the qualification in the grade is that the trading cards have been removed from this copy, and it is therefore incomplete.

This issue features the first appearance of Pete Wisdom. This was signed by Stan Lee on 5/12/2018. The case NOT mint; there is a minor crack on the bottom side of the case, approximately one quarter inch, as shown in the second photo.
